Price formation:
All prices are per flat/week, accommodation for 4 people, bed linen, heating, waters, gas, current, TV, SAT, W LAN, bedlinen, towels, hair hairdryer, dish towels and a car parking space reconsidered, separately: 2,50 € Tourist tax, for people/day over 14 Years.
Each additional person we charge € 12,00 for every night. For every pet, we calculate € 15,00 for every overnight stay.
Arrival and departure:
Holiday flats and rooms are ready after 15.00 on arrival day. On departure day we ask you to vacate the flat by 09.30.
Booking:
Please take note: booking is confirmed upon payment of deposit (booking confirmation) and the sending of booking confirmation. Deposits will not be returned in case of cancellation. The following cancellation policies also apply:
Cancellation policies in accordance with Art. 1382 ZGB
Bookings may be cancelled up to 90 days prior to the set arrival date free of charge. Only the deposit is retained. Cancellations made up to 30 days before set arrival date: 60 % of agreed total price. Cancellations made after 30 days before set arrival date: 100 % of agreed total price. If you should cut short your stay we will charge for the days of holiday taken. Please let us know in good time if you have to cancel your holiday.
Holiday Cancellation Insurance:
We recommend that you take out Red Rooster holiday cancellation insurance after booking your stay. This will cover cancellation charges, meaning that you can look forward to your holiday in a more carefree manner.
